Electronics Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electronic systems for our aerospace and defense projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronic systems, including circuit boards, wiring diagrams, and system interconnects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate electronic systems with software components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electronic systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering, with a focus on aerospace and defense.
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems design, development, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CAD software tools, such as CATIA or SolidWorks.
  • Experience with electronic design automation tools, such as SPICE or ModelSim.
