DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Casino Compliance Representative 1, you will be responsible for utilizing a variety of electronic and manual recording and information systems to perform compliance related monitoring of licensed gaming industry operations, activities, and patrons' conduct. Work involves observing, gathering, and analyzing information as well as conducting interviews, preparing reports, and referring or recommending administrative, legal, or criminal actions to other bureaus or offices within PGCB or the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP). Communication is key for your interactions with gaming and PGCB industry personnel, gaming patrons, and law enforcement entities. Become an essential member of our premier gaming regulation team to help maintain and enhance public trust in legalized gaming with honesty, integrity, and credibility

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment, 40 hours per week.
  • Work hours will vary Monday - Friday.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in a criminal justice, accounting or gaming related field; or
  • Two years of experience performing gaming assignments related to slot machines, gaming software, surveillance or sports wagering; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must have casino gaming regulatory experience.
  • You must have experience working with electronic casino gaming devices, including slot machines.
  • You must have at least two years of customer service experience
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

  • Two years of experience in incident report writing.

Legal Requirements:

  • Employment is contingent upon the completion of a Personal History Questionnaire with a thorough background investigation, including drug screening and the subsequent review and approval by the Board.
