A Cash Services Supervisor is tasked with the following duties:
  • Oversees the operations of the Cage Player's Club during assigned shifts.
  • Manages the Main Bank Cashier and Cage Cashier/Player's Club Clerks, assessing their performance.
  • Grants and manages complimentary services to guests in accordance with the established Complimentary Matrix.
  • Upholds strict confidentiality regarding financial data, operational systems, corporate policies, marketing strategies, and both employee and guest information.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of computer systems and transactions pertinent to the Cage, including but not limited to: markers, front money, and safekeeping operations, as well as Oasis, Ultipro, and self-exclusion/exclusion searches.
  • Ensures compliance with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal laws (including Title 31 compliance).
  • Safeguards all casino funds.
  • Understands the process of transferring currency and coins from the count room to the Vault, as well as all facets of TRM and ATM systems. Evaluates the necessity for coin and currency in TRMs and ATMs, prepares funds for their replenishment, and manages the issuance, receipt, and accountability of funds related to TRMs and ATMs, including the preparation of necessary documentation. Capable of executing the TRM and ATM drop and fill process in the absence of count room personnel.
  • Performs any additional assigned tasks and responsibilities.
