Job Overview:
This position will Interact with multiple departments and divisions while providing Manufacturing Services support to all areas of production within Marvin, Essentials Collection.
They will also create CAD drawings to support special requests and ETO orders as well as review, analyze, and reply to order changes and cancel requests.
Highlights of your role:
Set up and maintain bills of materials, add new components, including parent part set-ups, sequencing of operations, maintaining and creating formulas.
Editing of BOMs for accuracy and making needed updates and testing ICIM-Q, order regeneration in ICIM after updates.
Provide cost savings analysis for all updates to BOMs.
Perform autocalcs testing and provide feedback to developers.
Participate in IPT/PT programs based on BOM changes required.
Troubleshoot system/order errors for production and assist all other functional areas in troubleshooting system errors.
Provide ICIM input and support for improvement and development projects.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
Add and maintain producing locations, production lines, label formats/descriptions, and families and features in ICIM.
Test ICIM and DDS programs as requested by programmers for new program development and program improvements.
Assist as an ICIM implementation resource under direction of the Manufacturing Services Manager.
Support year-end inventory.
Collaborate with manufacturing personnel from inventory management through order shipment to determine system needs to support all functions.
Collaborate with manufacturing personnel from inventory management through order shipment as required to Create System Change Requests (SCR's) and coordinate the testing of these changes prior to implementation into the live system.
Review, analyze & respond to Essential residential special requests, working with multiple groups including R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing and Quality.

Also want to make sure you have:
High School diploma/GED required
Three or more years of prior manufacturing experience helpful
Previous project team experience preferred
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
ICIM proficiency required
Knowledge of Marvin Documents
Knowledge and experience using AUTOCAD.
