The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and take ownership of the visual direction for our client campaigns. You'll develop innovative graphic assets, spearhead creative strategy sessions, and collaborate with the digital team to bring our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compelling visual elements for various marketing materials, including but not limited to paid ads, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, motion graphics, and printed materials
  • Collaborate with the digital team to conceptualize and execute full advertising campaigns
  • Actively participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions
  • Conduct independent research to inform design decisions
  • Develop branded presentations
  • Ensure design consistency across all advertising channels
  • Conceptualize and design brand identities and collateral

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Creative Advertising, Design, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in creative design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience with content management systems like WordPress (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritize effectively
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment while also working independently with initiative
  • Photography and website design experience a plus
