REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred qualifications: BA or BS in Business or Technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading IT teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams towards optimal performance.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training technical staff.
  • Comp TIA A+ Certification required, additional certifications are a plus.
