We are partnering with a well-established, highly successful CRE investment firm with approximately $15 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) that is in search of a Vice President/Senior Vice President of Asset Management to assist in overseeing the operational and financial performance of the firm's multibillion-dollar portfolio of diverse real estate assets across the United States, focusing primarily on Class A properties.

This individual will be responsible for general portfolio management, strategic planning, investments, and will regularly present performance enhancement and transaction recommendations to the executive leadership team and Investment Committee.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on asset management experience within a significant CRE owner/operator, asset management firm, or Private Equity (PE) entity - requiring extensive and broad institutional exposure
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in developing and overseeing strategies at both individual property and portfolio levels, demonstrating the ability to identify avenues for performance enhancement
  • Experience in in-depth financial and operational analysis of a CRE portfolio with reference to past performance
  • Engagement in transaction activities, interaction with Investor Relations (IR), and involvement at the fund level
