Position: GA-AL-MS Water Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic GA-AL-MS Water Business Development Manager to join our successful team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading marketing and business development efforts to achieve Net Fee Booked goals and drive year-over-year growth across various Market Sectors, including Drinking Water, Wastewater, Water Resources Management, and Federal Water.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy.
  • Cultivate existing client relationships and establish connections with new clients.
  • Identify project opportunities and lead pursuits for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute annual plans for financial objectives.
  • Analyze and qualify potential clients aligning with the firm's values.
  • Stay informed on market trends and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
  • Participate in industry events to expand networks and promote the company.
  • Mentor marketing services staff and oversee collateral materials creation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Professional engineering registration in relevant states is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in water consulting business development.
  • Demonstrated success in pursuing and securing business opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and a network of contacts in the industry.
  • Experience in team development and management.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
