Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees systems and processes for Catering to You service
- Supervises catering associates
- Ensures dietary accommodations are made for allergies, cultural, and religious preferences
- Interacts with nursing to evaluate patient meal selection and delivery
- Adheres to facility confidentiality and patient rights policies
- Complies with regulatory standards and follows safety guidelines
- Completes necessary documentation and reports
- Performs other assigned duties
