Renewable Energy Operations Manager at CIM Group
This role involves assisting the VP of Property Management (Infrastructure) and Renewable Energy Operations Staff with day-to-day management tasks related to reporting, compliance, operational management, planning, development support, investment diligence, and site inspections of renewable energy, energy storage, and transmission infrastructure assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide monthly and annual operational reports to management, investors, lenders, and project stakeholders
- Evaluate project performance and recommend methods for optimization
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Support project development and investment teams
- Manage project documentation and compliance with industry standards
- Prepare operational budgets and track expenses
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in renewable energy or electrical infrastructure management
