Role Description: Guest Services

  • Provide exceptional customer services as the first face of the organization.
  • Gate check-in, greeting, handling VIPs, providing special guest assistance.
  • Ability to comfortably and frequently lift/move 50 pounds of baggage/cargo.
  • Frequent bending, stretching, push/pulling, stacking, kneeling.
  • Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, and baggage and cargo routing labels.
