You should have a solid electrical background, be able to interpret schematics and blueprints, and be prepared to handle maintenance tasks in plumbing, carpentry, and painting.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with various high-speed unit sorters
  • Familiarity with different case sorters
  • Knowledge of PLC controllers and conveyor controls
  • Proficiency in RS logic and programming
  • Electrical expertise in various voltage systems
  • Experience with Print & Apply systems
  • Ability to work on 480v motors
