Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Regularly inspecting products at designated intervals to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adjusting conveyor controls and paint supply as necessary.
- Accurately documenting daily production and maintaining appropriate records.
- Monitoring powder application machinery to guarantee optimal performance.
You will also contribute in the following ways:
Within a production team setting, you will adjust, operate, and oversee equipment such as load stations, carriers, shot blasters, ovens, and paint booths to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, cost management, and ongoing improvement. Regular inspections of products will be conducted to maintain quality. You will adjust controls for conveyors, furnace temperatures, paint supplies, and hydraulic pressures. Accurate reporting of daily production and maintenance of proper documentation will be essential.
Helpful skills that are beneficial, but not mandatory, include:
- Basic computer navigation and data entry skills.
- Experience in a production environment.
This position is available on the first shift - Regular first shift hours are from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday.
