PROGRAM MANAGER III (PSRB TBI)

This position is located at El Dorado, a PSRB residential treatment facility in SE Portland. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, general business hours, with some flexibility for program needs.

As a Program Manager III, you'll play a pivotal role in managing licensed residential programs for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, including co-occurring Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). These individuals are under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB), requiring specialized care and support. You'll provide clinical oversight, staff supervision, and program operation to ensure the highest quality of care. Your expertise will empower residents to achieve their individual goals and transition to less restrictive settings.

REQUIREMENTS

Must meet the requirements and demonstrate the competencies to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA). Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years of mental health work experience or a combination of work experience and education. Certification must be current and in compliance with MHACBO.
5+ years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, including co-occurring TBIs.
Monitor and supervise clients under PSRB jurisdiction, assisting with structured activities and goal attainment.
Provide clinical and medical oversight, including coordination of care and review of medical records.
Manage staffing ratios and oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
Respond to client incidents and emergencies, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct client assessments and oversee discharge, intake, and referral processes.
