**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Education Technician III to join our team at the Glickman Lauder Center of Excellence in Autism and Developmental Disorders. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality intervention and student outcomes for children with developmental disorders.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide effective behavior analytic treatment through implementation of individually designed programs for children with developmental disorders.

* Record and analyze data to track progress and inform treatment decisions.

* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Special Education Teachers, to ensure comprehensive support for students.

* Provide a structured and supportive educational environment that promotes student growth and development.

**Requirements:**

* Education: Behavioral Tech (0-59 college credits in approved study), Special Ed Tech II college credits in approved study) or Certification as an Education Technician III from the Maine Department of Education (minimum of 90+ credits in approved study). Certification as School-Based Behavioral Health Professional will be provided upon hire.

* Experience: 1+ year of experience working with children or youth with developmental disorders, mental health disorders, and/or challenging behavior in school, hospital, or residential setting preferred.
