Role Overview:

The position of Territory Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role situated in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan area, offering the possibility for partial remote work. As a Territory Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will involve managing an assigned customer base, seeking out new customers, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the sales team and leadership to drive the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of communication, honesty, and customer service both internally and externally.
- Utilize sales resources to advance sales across various services and products.
- Provide excellent sales support in inventory management, services, and sales aids.
- Act as a loyal representative of the company, showcasing all facilities and services.
- Build and nurture relationships with Customers, prioritizing fairness and satisfaction.
- Actively promote and sell the company's product lines within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and enhance sales within designated accounts and territories.
- Stay informed about local competitors and promptly report findings to management.
- Offer valuable and practical services to customers.
- Proactively acquire new customers and strategize the approach.
- Adhere to all dealer policies and directives for company success.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong sales aptitude, encompassing prospecting and closing capabilities.
- Proficiency in customer service.
- Experience in training and developing other sales representatives.
- Background in sales management, overseeing teams or multiple regions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Familiarity with material handling or logistics is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
