The Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions will lead the Digital Solutions business within the Integrity Management & Digital Solutions (IMDS) division, driving business results. This role involves managing all aspects of the business and being ultimately responsible for the ROI generated by this groundbreaking initiative and potential future digital services projects. Success in this role necessitates:

- Implementing and executing the Digital Services business strategy.
- Integrating existing products into the strategy.
- Developing innovative products and services to complement the existing offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, execute, and refine the Digital Services Business plan and strategy.
  • Oversee and enhance the Digital Solutions P&L.
  • Create and implement a go-to-market strategy that showcases value and establishes a reputation for innovation and execution.
  • Drive problem-solving and decisive decision-making processes.
  • Ensure profitable execution and maximize Oceaneering's investment.
  • Enable growth and diversification of the revenue line.
  • Establish and improve the performance measurement framework continually.
  • Empower teams to understand and achieve deliverables effectively.
  • Provide progress updates, address roadblocks, and adapt plans promptly for swift decision-making within the executive team.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Over 10 years of senior leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, leading technology initiatives.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technologies such as satellite telecommunications, Subsea Robotic Systems, OT networking services, or SaaS.
  • At least 3 years of C-Suite engagement.
