Basic Function:

  • Report to the Director of Facilities Management
  • Support the Maintenance team leaders in facility operations
  • Coordinate maintenance activities on campus facilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising maintenance contractors and staff
  • Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance
  • Reviewing maintenance contracts and ensuring implementation
  • Managing the yearly department budget
  • Resolving problems and complaints from building occupants
  • Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in Operation & Maintenance management
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems and central HVAC systems
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to various weather conditions during inspections
