Basic Function:
- Report to the Director of Facilities Management
- Support the Maintenance team leaders in facility operations
- Coordinate maintenance activities on campus facilities
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising maintenance contractors and staff
- Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance
- Reviewing maintenance contracts and ensuring implementation
- Managing the yearly department budget
- Resolving problems and complaints from building occupants
- Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in Operation & Maintenance management
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems and central HVAC systems
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
Working Conditions:
- Clean and pleasant indoor environment
- Frequent interactions with residents and staff
- Possibility of working beyond normal hours and on weekends
- Exposure to various weather conditions during inspections
