Providing value and great service to our customers is our number one priority. To provide this high level of service we must hire the most competent employees who are capable of delivering the Bejac experience.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Parts Specialist at our Sacramento branch.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the service and parts departments ensuring a successful branch operation
  • Drive part sales, recommend complete solutions
  • Verify parts needed and ensure accurate ordering using most cost effective shipping methods
  • Perform tasks in warehouse or parts dept. as directed
  • Keep customer informed of order progress at least daily
  • Maintain excellent communication skills and professionalism both in-person and over the phone with Bejac employees, customers, and vendors
  • Research and order parts in a timely manner
  • Ship and receive parts as necessary
  • Process all orders and returns in a timely manner (same day or within 24 hours)
  • Ensure accuracy of research, orders, and returns
  • Use forklift, pallet jack, and Big Joe to load, unload, and move parts.
  • Assist in warehouse as needed
  • Must be able to take direction from supervisor/manager
  • Other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager

  • A DMV record and valid Driver's license will be required for all persons driving a Company vehicle, operating equipment, or driving their personal vehicle for Company business.
  • Proof of auto insurance will be required for all persons driving a Company or personal vehicle for Company business.
Requirements
  • AA or BA preferred, some college okay
  • Minimum 2 years previous parts counter experience
  • Basic to moderate use of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Above and beyond customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task as this position will wear several hats
  • Quick-learner, can think on your feet
  • Some shipping and receiving experience a plus
  • Requires little supervision
  • Possess good judgment and common sense
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
  • Possess a clean and valid driver's license, no DUI or DWI past 7 years, H6 required
  • Forklift certification a plus but not required
  • High school diploma or GED with some college
Salary Description

$23-25 per hour
