Global Credit, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Onboarding Operations (GCAOO) Job Description:

The GCAOO Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) team at Bank of America is focused on enhancing risk management and infrastructure associated with key AML customer due diligence processes. As part of this team, you will:

  • Implement internal control discipline and operational excellence.
  • Support QA/QC processes and monitor controls adherence.
  • Identify control improvements and develop action plans for enhancements.
  • Lead a governance team responsible for measuring adherence to QC/QA program requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the risk and control environment.
  • Conduct monitoring and testing of controls.
  • Implement optimized controls and enhanced QA practices.
  • Manage team members conducting quality inspection reviews.
  • Ensure timely execution of QA activities and accurate data reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Anti Money Laundering experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Project management and reporting experience.

Preferred:

  • Direct experience in a Business Controls function.
