Job Title: Senior Manager of Owned Retail
About the Role:

mēlīn is in search of a seasoned Senior Manager of Owned Retail to take charge of the strategic and operational aspects of current and future retail outlets. This role requires a visionary leader with a knack for storytelling and creating unparalleled consumer experiences, coupled with a proven track record in managing store onboarding and customer engagement.

  • Own the channel's profit & loss along with all retail operations.
  • Provide regular financial reports to key stakeholders.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of retail staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Maximize retail sales and profitability sustainably.
  • Regularly assess financial performance using key metrics.
  • Drive exceptional consumer and staff experiences.
  • Optimize inventory across all stores.
  • Develop marketing strategies and community engagement events.
  • Partner with different departments for cohesive operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of retail leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
Location & Office Structure:

This role is based in San Clemente, CA, with a presence required in the office on weekdays, subject to business needs.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, with bonus opportunities based on experience.
