AN ENERGY AND UTILITY COMPANY WITHIN BELLEVUE, WA IS LOOKING TO BRING ON A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/LOBBY SECURITY SUPPORT TO JOIN THEIR TEAM.

Pay: $22-23/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-Hour shift sometime between 7:30am-5:30pm

Start Date: June 18th

1-Step Interview - Can be in-person or virtual

Description:

  • Remain at the lobby desk except for on break or lunch.
  • Monitor the Elevators and lobby areas. Report any security issues to building security and the Security Command Center
  • Assist visitors checking: Asking who they are here to visit
  • Ask if they have an appointment
  • If they do not have an appointment ask them to schedule an appointment and return when they have one.
  • If so, call the person they are visiting to notify them of their visitor's arrival
  • Assist them, as needed, with signing in via lobby visitor management system
  • Monitors Cameras for the inside of the building
  • Logs and Issues temporary badges for employees who forgot/lost their employee badge.
  • If the badge was lost or stolen instructs employee to contact Security Command Center for a replacement badge.
  • Assist Physical Security in handing out items as requested.
  • Reports in to the Security Command Center upon arrival for the day, departure for the day, and when leaving/returning to the desk for any breaks/lunches.
  • Checks Receptionist email regularly and responds as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Greets and receives callers or visitors at establishment, and ascertains nature of business. Asks for caller's or visitor's name, arranges for appointment with or notifies person called upon on caller's arrival, guides caller to destination, and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon
