SCHEDULE: Available for Night Shift and Day Shift

COMPENSATION: $22.00 per hour

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are in search of skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Full-Time Security Officers. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our designated sites in the Federal Way and Seattle regions.

Shifts Available: Day shifts on weekends and overnight shifts during the week.

Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the security field, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation. Proficiency with mobile technology is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a visible security presence.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and report safety or security concerns.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist in incident management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports.
  • Engage in physical activities including walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Be prepared to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Report suspicious activities to management promptly.
  • Serve as a proactive deterrent to potential security threats.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Security guard license in Washington State is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
