Goldfish Swim School - Redmond is seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Front Desk Coordinator and Swim Instructor. This position offers a competitive pay range of $20-$24 per hour, contingent on the number of shifts worked, with a minimum commitment of 3 shifts per week. All training provided is compensated.
Position SummaryThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations while also providing swim instruction to students, adhering to the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. This role is perfect for those who enjoy a lively work environment and wish to contribute positively to children's learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swim instruction based on established curriculum.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly.
- Monitor and document student progress accurately.
- Engage with parents/guardians regarding student development.
- Act as an ambassador for the school, ensuring high levels of parental satisfaction.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions outside of regular hours.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Experience working with children is essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills are required.
- Must successfully pass background checks included in training.
- Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.
