What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

Here's what a typical day might look like:
  • Onboard Clients: Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation by developing the skills and confidence of clients to use our products effectively.
  • Implement ADP Technologies: Consult with clients to assess current systems, interface needs, and operational workflows to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with ADP associates in sales and customer service, as well as with client project teams, to exchange information regarding priorities, timelines, and any emerging issues.
  • Multi-Task & Communicate: Manage various time-sensitive projects simultaneously, ensuring essential information is shared with clients and internal teams at ADP. Maintain a structured daily schedule to handle a high volume of incoming calls, which may increase during peak periods.


To Succeed in This Role:

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in client service/customer service or systems integration environments
  • Basic project management skills
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
