Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough research to address client inquiries and relevant Workday concepts.
  • Delivering targeted consulting services in response to client needs, including configuration guidance and demonstrations.
  • Troubleshooting product configurations to resolve issues and optimize setups to meet client requirements.
  • Effectively communicating insights and value propositions to clients.
  • Creating and presenting webinars to demonstrate how to leverage Workday features for achieving business objectives.
  • Providing personalized consulting to enhance client feature adoption.
  • Reviewing client systems to identify opportunities for feature adoption.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and Workday certifications, staying updated with the Workday roadmap.
  • Engaging with industry practices to provide informed insights to clients.
  • Contributing to the development of new initiatives aimed at enhancing client feature adoption.

Additional Customer Enablement Services:

  • Offering appointment-based consulting sessions to provide guidance and expertise.
  • Conducting configuration and business requirement reviews with actionable recommendations.
  • Delivering tailored configuration designs for clients.
  • Managing full deployments of Workday features.

Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in IT implementation.
  • 8 years of experience with Workday Financials.
  • 2+ years of experience in software consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Certification in at least one area: Spend, Inventory, WSS, or Expenses.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to grasp new Workday features as they are introduced.
  • Skill in simplifying complex concepts for client presentations.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills to navigate complex technical issues and facilitate decision-making.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
