Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an Implementation and Support team at Smart Data Solutions
  • Oversee all SDS implementations, including client communication, refining project requirements, process improvement consultation, and system usage consultation
  • Identify and assign implementation tasks, manage implementation meetings, and record and distribute meeting notes
  • Manage technical production, aging, and support ticketing to acceptable performance levels
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience with SDS codebase and systems
  • 4-year degree in computer science or equivalent degree
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Business analysis skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows proficiency
  • Ability to understand process workflows, analyze, and identify improvements
  • Strong writing skills, particularly for process documentation and communication
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written policies, procedures, and directions
