Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead creative concepts for complex architectural projects
  • Meet with clients to analyze goals and develop solutions
  • Create designs, drawings, and models
  • Provide design leadership across all disciplines
  • Represent the firm in business development and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with various teams to meet project needs
  • Mentor staff members and maintain the design culture

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related tools
  • Strong knowledge of codes and planning
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
