Job Description

  • Manage an assigned geographic territory to exceed goals and quotas
  • Strategically build a sustainable pipeline for new business
  • Complete full sales cycle
  • Report sales results weekly
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through various channels
  • Schedule tours, executive luncheons, and promotional offerings
  • Follow up with potential clients
  • Update sales activities
  • Ensure guest satisfaction
  • Stay informed about products and services
  • Support team and assist with projects
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and standards
  • Work collaboratively with different departments
  • Adhere to service standards
  • Other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in outbound calling, prospecting, or direct sales preferred
  • Experience in event business or B2B relationships a plus
  • Skilled in cold calling and building professional relationships
  • Proficient in CRM software
  • Self-motivated with strong goal achievement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment

The work environment may include loud noise and lighting effects

Physical Demands

Requirement to stand, walk, and lift weight

Regular long hours and weekend work
