Shape the future of Starbucks' Product Data eXchange (PDX) platform in close partnership with the Starbucks Technology team. You and your project team will help drive the transformation of how we manage product data, which will enable Starbucks innovation across the enterprise. Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:

  • Lead new enhancement capabilities for the Product Data eXchange (PDX) platform in close partnership with cross functional Starbucks Business and Technology teams:
    • Partner with cross functional business stakeholders on problem definition & drive alignment on business goals
    • Prioritize and own multiple product deliverables and cross-team initiatives
    • Manage tradeoffs on scope, resources, timeline on multiple, complex feature sets
    • Responsible for successful execution of complex enhancements and new features against business goals
    • Communicate effectively with technology and business teams independently
    • Foster communications independently, varying from release announcements to content for executive review and decision making
    • Manage product based roadmap and work with the team members to scope and refine upcoming deliverables into the roadmap/project plan
    • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional teams
    • Become subject matter expert related to product data and corresponding business domain(s)
    • Develop compelling User Interface(UI) capabilities to streamline business partner efficiencies and effectiveness at a global scale

  • Execution oriented with experience building and leading successful project implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex program and project efforts to completion
  • Ability to simplify and structure complex or ambiguous problems
  • Leadership experience in driving adoption of new user capabilities and change management functions.
  • Experience with systems and process analysis, both in design and deployment
  • Hands on project experience in defining requirements, setting priorities, writing user stories, and refining product backlogs, in a fast-paced, changing environment with a variety of stakeholders
  • Industry experience in a technology environment using agile/scrum methodology, with a record of successfully delivering complex products
  • Effective storytelling skills to complement strong written and oral communication
  • Drives decision making across various cross functional business and technology teams
  • Upholds Starbucks mission and values while acting as a positive role model for delivering meaningful business results
