We are looking for a Production Services Application Support Engineer to join our team in Lake Mary, FL & Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall availability, reliability, and defect prevention
  • Respond to and resolve service disruptions
  • Implement monitoring and automation solutions
  • Collaborate with developers on continuous integration/delivery
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues
  • Review and evaluate project plans
  • Monitor application changes
  • Create and maintain support documentation
  • Deal with time-sensitive issues
  • Contribute to area objectives
  • Willingness to work weekends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
  • Experience in securities or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of middle office trade processing
  • Experience with trade capture and validation
  • Analytic and data-driven experience in trade lifecycle
  • Deployment and debugging skills in Docker
  • Experience with messaging queues and databases
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk and AppDynamics
  • Familiarity with ITIL Service Management
