We are looking for a Full-time or Part-Time Fleet Associate to ensure scheduled maintenance and other maintenance on our fleet of Cargo Vans is completed in a timely and efficient manner.


Fleet Maintenance Associate Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining details of vans and their maintenance schedule in an Excel sheet as well as coordinating with Amazon to ensure compliance and standard of excellence if followed.
  • Works with the Business Director, Operations Manager, and Owner in ordering parts necessary to fix vehicles within the fleet.
  • Taking vans to authorized vendors for preventative maintenance and repair work as necessary.
  • Coordinating for Roadside Assistance and tow companies if necessary.
  • Washing Vans when vehicles require it.
  • Inspection of Fleet Quality and damages to be annotated in the waiver card program for our company.
  • Must follow appropriate Chain of Command standards.
  • Coordinates with Amazon/Element on the input of warranty repairs for Authorized Fleet Services with the on-the-road team.
  • ASE certification preferred. Must be able to weld as well as do preventative maintenance basic for consideration.
  • 1-5 years certification will be looked at as being better

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Clean motor vehicle report and background check, and current driver's license is a must.
  • Good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills. Other languages are welcome to apply as well.
  • General computer and application skills (including Google Docs and Sheets & Microsoft Excel). Must be able to use a smartphone and global positioning guidance.
  • Comfortable driving cargo vans and 26ft box trucks.
  • Experience with Car / Van maintenance preferable
  • Welding preferable

Work Shift:

8AM to 6PM
5 Days per week.
Weekend availability is a must.
