Compensation:
This role offers a competitive starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and the possibility of overtime on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispose of waste according to established protocols and infection control measures.
- Rearrange equipment and furnishings for effective cleaning and ensure items are returned to their original positions.
- Adhere to the eight-step cleaning methodology.
- Clean walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other surfaces to uphold a hygienic and safe environment for all.
- Execute tasks in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain professionalism with clients and colleagues.
- While janitorial duties are a primary focus, additional responsibilities may include:
1. Removing and baling cardboard.
2. Handling and stacking pallets.
3. Operating machinery for large waste disposal.
4. Conducting floor maintenance.
5. Forklift operation.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, office sanitation, or similar roles is preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing over 50 lbs.
- Must adhere to basic safety protocols and be aware of potential hazards associated with cleaning chemicals.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
