Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and leadership to our maintenance team, ensuring the effective maintenance and reliability of our equipment, buildings, and facilities.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and address problems in a timely and effective manner, providing a trouble-free environment for our associates.
  • Inventory Management and Procurement: Identify critical inventory levels for maintenance equipment and select the most effective and efficient suppliers.
  • Capital Improvement Projects: Plan, budget, and execute capital improvement projects to meet the ongoing operational needs of our facilities.
  • Facility Sanitation and Regulatory Compliance: Establish facility sanitation goals and maintain documentation to meet or exceed regulatory standards.
  • Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance: Administer PM/PPM programs and inventory for all equipment, ensuring optimal maintenance and reliability.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and coach direct reports, completing performance reviews and providing feedback to ensure team success.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel independently (up to 20%).
