Duties are varied and include but are not limited to communications and meeting administration; data entry and management in the human resources information system ('HRIS'), applicant tracking system ('ATS'), and timekeeping system; filing and record keeping; monitoring financial/operating reports; processing expense reports; providing administration support for training and performance management processes; and ensuring that the office functions are handled in an efficient manner.
Support talent acquisition and HR in recruitment processesConduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiativesProvide support to employees navigating Company resources and processesSupport performance management, training, and corrective action programsManage communications and sales project support for DistrictMaintain accurate data and records within HRIS, ATS, timekeeping system, and document repositoriesGather and report data with useful metricsOther administrative functions as required including scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating travel, and ad hoc reportingMinimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have at least a High School diploma or GEDIf internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a 'meets expectations' (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisalIf internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position
Preferred Qualifications:
