We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at TIC Southern District. As an EMT, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and visitors on site.
Key Responsibilities- Administer audiometric, respiratory fit, and pulmonary function tests
- Perform first aid to injured or ill employees
- Provide emergency medical support to any injured or critically ill patient
- Coordinate and conduct drug and alcohol testing
- Assist in monitoring the activities of heavy industrial construction projects
- Review project work plans for accuracy and assist in environmental health and safety program audits
- Texas issued EMT License
- Experience as an EMT, Paramedic, or RN
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA) or equivalent degree/work experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating nights and days every 6-9 weeks
- Knowledge of construction safety and current Federal and OSHA requirements
