Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Operations Coordinator to assist with our expanding operational needs. Responsibilities will encompass a variety of office management tasks, including: overseeing office systems, inventory management, payroll administration, accounts payable, document organization, billing processes, clerical support, mail handling, expense tracking, visitor reception, and telephone communication, among other assigned duties.

Based in The Woodlands, TX, TIC Southern undertakes significant industrial projects across diverse markets in various states. This position will be based out of Orange, TX.
Responsibilities
• Provide daily support for general administrative functions and team management requirements (e.g., coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, team-building activities, and communication via phone and email)
• Collaborate with team members on key projects and initiatives
• Assist in the design and production of company branding and marketing materials; support the organization of online media and video projects
• Aid the team with messaging, writing, editing, research, and other support for internal and external communications as necessary
• Manage expense reports, invoicing, and purchasing card transactions
• Track budgets and prepare related reports for team and company use
• Schedule and manage inter-departmental and cross-company meetings involving staff
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience required
• A bachelor's or associate's degree related to the role is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners, and audio/visual equipment
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and project expectations
• Capacity to interact with individuals at all organizational levels, including senior leadership
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Enthusiastic team player committed to fostering effective collaboration
