About the Position:

Responsibilities:


External:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand and address client needs proactively
  • Oversee all project components
  • Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders
  • Identify revenue opportunities and drive profitability
  • Lead client meetings and maintain communication throughout the project
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage changes effectively
  • Assist in final invoicing and program closeout
  • Monitor program success and recommend improvements
  • Participate in site inspections as necessary

Internal:

  • Lead strategic planning and goal-setting processes
  • Coordinate agency resources to meet client expectations
  • Manage billable hours efficiently
  • Track client opportunities and milestones
  • Create project plans and resolve issues promptly
  • Contribute to innovative solutions for clients
  • Optimize tools and processes to meet agency demands
  • Establish partnerships with suppliers
  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry software and tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Cvent
  • Excel expertise

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Professional certification (CMP, DMCP, CMM, etc.) within 18 months
