We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, responsible for delivering quality nursing care to our residents.

Position Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal and State regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Conduct admissions for new residents, ensuring all assessments and documentation are completed accurately.
  • Develop and implement both acute and long-term care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Assist in tracking clinical systems, such as wound care and infection control, under the guidance of the Health and Wellness Director.
  • Provide health-related consultations to residents and their families.
  • Communicate any changes in resident health to physicians and family members, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.
  • Foster effective communication with all departments and team members.
  • Facilitate educational sessions for residents and staff to promote health awareness.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of resident information at all times.
  • Participate in all required training sessions, in-service programs, and staff meetings.
  • Commit to maintaining a safe working environment by preventing accidents and ensuring proper equipment use.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse's License in the practicing state.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in senior care or a related healthcare field is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must be compassionate, dedicated, and energetic in approach.
