Your Impact:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Employee Resources Partner (ERP) to join our team.

As our HR ERP, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, managers, and employees. This includes providing HR advice and support, assisting employees with individual needs, facilitating career development, promoting positive relationships, offering training, and ensuring effective employee relations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and guide employees, management, and business operations.
  • Implement programs to enhance employee experience, improve relationships, boost morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of legal requirements related to employee management, mitigate legal risks, and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR Leadership and Legal as necessary.
  • Coordinate with other HR teams during M&A to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Identify and address training needs for managers and employees as well as provide input on executive coaching requirements.
  • Enhance, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures.

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

Core Experience:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Employee Resources Partner.
  • Thorough understanding of Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
  • Working Knowledge of employment/labor laws; experience in the California HR Environment is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strategic mindset focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for collaborating across departments.
