  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Leading and overseeing SEC compliance and coordination
    • Preparing SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-Ks
    • Developing and implementing process improvements for financial reporting
    • Managing statutory financial reporting requirements with external auditors
    • Resolving SEC reporting and accounting issues
  • Technical Accounting & Financial Controls:
    • Partnering with external auditors on SEC filings
    • Leading discussions on technical accounting topics
    • Assessing impact of new accounting standards and governance
    • Designing and maintaining financial controls for compliance


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Current CPA certification
  • Minimum 6 years of SEC-related financial reporting experience
  • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
  • Strong communication and research skills
  • Ability to manage multiple financial projects under pressure
  • Travel Requirements:
    • Travel approximately 1-5%
