Overview:

Executive Assistant - Marlborough, MA - Monday - Friday - 8:00AM-5:00PM


Responsible for the coordination of activities and ensuring timely flow of information in support of a senior leader, such as a Vice President.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that administrative tasks are done in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Arrange and prepare materials for staff and other meetings.
  • Take notes and minutes in meetings.
  • Assist leader with assigned projects.
  • Create and run reports.
  • Research and book travel arrangements.
  • Complete expense reports.
  • Respond to procedural requests.
  • Understand organizational policies and procedures necessary to ensure appropriate decisionmaking protocols are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet the business needs or customer requirements. This is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities, but rather a general description of work performed by the position.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Work Experience:

Five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant administrative experience.

Knowledge:

  • Proper telephone etiquette to handle inquiries.
  • Knowledge of operating office equipment

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) necessary to effectively interact with customers and coworkers.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to maintain professional and tactful manner in stressful situations
  • Exhibit comfortable interaction with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle a variety of situations independently without supervisor review.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree

High School Diploma or Equivalent(required)
