Your Mission:
Oversee daily operations with a client-focused, team-centered approach to deliver exceptional veterinary rehab services and reach business goals. Foster a collaborative environment, optimize staffing/workflows, and drive operational excellence as we expand our unique practice.

You'll Thrive In This Role If:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships, exceed expectations, and resolve conflicts
Lead HR functions - hiring, training, development, scheduling, compliance
Oversee operations - workflows, inventory, maintenance, safety, records
Execute marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
Manage finances - budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow, vendor relations
Foster a positive culture through clear leadership and open communication

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) desired, but not required
Minimum of 1 year of veterinary management experience
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
