We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the payroll process for our diverse and growing company.
Responsibilities:- Administer and process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and maintain all payroll records and employee data.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any payroll issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
- Prepare reports for management, finance department, and others as requested.
- Assist with audits and inquiries related to payroll information.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll issues or information.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Proficient in ADP.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and laws related to payroll.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
