Role Summary:

The Zone Lead (ZL) is integral to enhancing merchandising strategies within designated areas. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant selling atmosphere that aligns with corporate standards aimed at increasing revenue. By providing valuable insights into visual merchandising standards, promotional practices, and the implementation of various in-store marketing initiatives, the Zone Lead strengthens seasonal themes and promotional activities in their designated zones. Furthermore, the Zone Lead mentors store Team Members to develop proficiency in visual merchandising while adhering to ethical practices, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee visual merchandising initiatives to enhance sales and captivate customers through compelling displays.
  • Manage daily operations and tasks to achieve visual merchandising and sales objectives.
  • Coordinate incoming inventory and ensure retail zones are organized.
  • Promote customer satisfaction, manage inventory, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to overall store profitability.
  • Serve as a mentor in visual merchandising, offering ongoing training opportunities.
  • Evaluate store performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary improvements.
  • Ensure retail zones are well-maintained and current with signage and displays.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented with knowledge of visual merchandising practices.
  • Dependable, ethical, and trustworthy character.
  • Able to delegate tasks, inspire, and foster teamwork.
  • A background check is a prerequisite for this position.
