Role Summary:The Zone Lead (ZL) is integral to enhancing merchandising initiatives within designated areas. By providing valuable insights into visual merchandising standards, practices, and the implementation of various in-store promotional elements, the Zone Lead reinforces seasonal themes and marketing events in their respective zones. Furthermore, the Zone Lead mentors store Team Members to develop their skills in visual merchandising while ensuring adherence to ethical practices, safety protocols, and compliance regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:- Oversee visual merchandising strategies to enhance sales and captivate customers through compelling displays.
- Manage daily operations and responsibilities to achieve visual merchandising and sales objectives.
- Coordinate the receipt of merchandise and maintain organized retail sections.
- Promote customer satisfaction, manage inventory, enforce safety protocols, and contribute to overall store profitability.
- Serve as a mentor in visual merchandising, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Evaluate store performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensure that store zones are well-organized and current with signage and displays.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Effective communication skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong collaborative spirit with the ability to work autonomously.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of visual merchandising practices.
- Dependable, ethical, and trustworthy character.
- Ability to delegate, inspire, and foster teamwork.
- A background check is a prerequisite for this position.
