The candidate will have expertise in current technology and tools and the vision to strategically plan and implement automated solutions and reduce manual processes.

This candidate will have experience in end-to-end program life cycle, from proposal to program closeout, including scenario planning. Aerospace and Defense production experience is required. The ability to plan proactively and influence stakeholders is a must. Fortitude to challenge the status quo and implement large strategic improvement projects is required. This candidate will be well versed in the latest industry best practices and drive efficiencies in the organization. The Planning Director will have experience in building highly productive, motivated, autonomous, accountable, proactive teams with initiative.
Establishes clear measurable goals and objectives by which to assess individual and team results (i.e. metrics, results against project timelines, training documentation, knowledge of roles and responsibilities, personal development goals). Drives individuals and teams to continuously improve in key metrics and the achievement of organizational goals. Drives a lean culture. Identifies creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
