Job Title: Online Enrollment Specialist

Location: Remote/Hybrid

The annual compensation falls between $55K and $60K with additional benefits such as three weeks of PTO, 15 sick days, 15 paid holidays, and a 401K plan.

The Online Enrollment Specialist will play a vital role in engaging with potential students, guiding them through the enrollment process for various online graduate programs. This position involves participation in promotional events both on and off-campus to showcase the benefits of online learning to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:


- Host webinars, open house programs, and information sessions, advising prospective students


- Provide comprehensive information about educational programs, student support services, and financial details


- Engage in admissions-related activities and collaborate with other departments


- Maintain regular communication with potential students via various channels


- Foster partnerships with clinical programs to enhance the online program offerings

Desired Skills & Qualities:


- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously


- Willingness to travel with a valid driver's license


- Proficiency in delivering captivating verbal presentations


- Exceptional judgment, interpersonal skills, and communication abilities


- Familiarity with admissions CRM software

Requirements:


- Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification


- Minimum of 2 years of experience in online program admissions


- Flexibility for travel and weekend engagements
