The Role : As the key partner for our clients, the Account Management team masters industry and product knowledge to keep clients informed. Sales Support Associate will work with their clients to learn about the challenges and opportunities they face and discuss how Market Intelligence solutions can enable them to achieve value through their partnership with the organization.

The Impact: In this role you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting expansion of our client segmentation model. You'll be part of the global Primary team dedicated to providing high quality client experiences through a self-disruptive mindset and collaborative pod structure. This team will have a special focus on the growth of the overall book of business through greenfield opportunities in addition to renewal of existing business.

Responsibilities:

Proactive outreach to assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction through thorough understanding of customers' workflow Provide trainings to clients to drive usage and product adoption to our accounts. Discuss current service use case Assess clients' needs for new opportunities and work with account managers to close upsell opportunities Ability to excel in a matrixed environment by coordinating with Prospecting, Customer Success, and Marketing to promote book of business growth Manage incoming calls and e-mails from our clients Contact all new contracts added and users to drive product's adoption Act as point person for timely client resolution when engaging cross-functional department across MI organization and provide feedback to product management Document all client interactions and actively coordinate outreach efforts with thoughtful use of CRM tool Work with account managers on administrative tasks such as analyzing usage, modifying existing contracts etc. for our accounts. Demonstrate ability to communicate MI's value subscription pricing effectively and clearly Maintain and grow industry knowledge by attending webinars and other topical trainings Other tasks as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent education Interest in solving problems for clients through the delivery of market data solutions and analytical tools. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Salesforce. Strong interpersonal communication skills, and confident in delivering product demonstrations. Fluency in Korean is desirable but not a requirement
