We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Vice President of Consultant Relations of Alight's Wealth Solutions Group.

Alight is a leader in the Retirement space and a top recordkeeper in both the DC and DB space.

This role is crucial in fostering and maintaining relationships with consulting firms, key influencers, and stakeholders within the retirement industry.

The VP Consultant Relations will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, enhancing our market presence, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.


Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:


Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key consulting firms, pension consultants, and other influential stakeholders within the retirement sector.


Business Development:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive engagement with consultants, understanding their needs, and aligning our services and solutions to meet those needs effectively.


Strategic Alignment:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure our offerings are aligned with market trends, client demands, and regulatory requirements. Provide insights and feedback to shape product development and strategic initiatives.

Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the retirement sector. Utilize market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our competitive positioning.

Collaboration:


Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to drive coordinated efforts in serving clients and achieving business objectives.


Communication:
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and communications materials tailored to consultants and other external stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of consultant relations initiatives. Monitor and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of success in consultant relations or a related field within the retirement sector. Deep understanding of retirement products, services, and industry dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Location:
This position is based remotely with occasional travel required.

166,500 USD Maximum :
264,300 USD
